There are many things I love about keto, but I’d be lying if I said it takes less effort than other ways of eating. Before keto I could avoid the kitchen for days, surviving on take out and prepackaged food. Keto. The Green Chef Keto menu focuses on high protein gluten-free meals. Well when the chef's choice is an inedible, horribly soft, fishy sole several different times I have to say, "no thank you Green Chef, time to move on." It was easy to cancel and they always gave me a credit when the meal was terrible or ingredients where missing. So kudos to Green Chef for their fantastic customer service!
